Linking in with HR support, unconscious bias training and good practices for first time hirers (you don’t have to be an expert – just follow fair recruitment practices)
2. Support
Help with the recruitment of posts, guidance of rates and setting recruitment processes
3. Postings
Across our Partners making jobs more visable and as far and wide as possible. It’s not just about posting in private WhatsApp groups!
