Informal resolution is also a route available to you.

What is bullying and harassment?
Bullying or harassment can take place face-to-face, behind your back, by telephone, email, text, social media, or any other form of communication.
Bullying is offensive, intimidating, malicious, or insulting behaviour, an abuse or misuse of power through means that undermine, humiliate, denigrate, or injure the recipient.

Bullying and harassment can be:
- Intentional or unintentional
- A one-off incident or repeated behaviour
- Between staff, freelancers, scouts, clients, location owners, or contractors
- Verbal, physical, written, or online
- During location recces, traffic management, kit delivery, training events, or Green Room interactions
Our approach
Location Routes Management Ltd believes everybody deserves to be treated with respect. We value inclusivity, appreciate difference, welcome learning from others, and consider people equal without prejudice or favour. We will not tolerate any behaviour that does not align with these values.
We will never victimise, unfairly treat, or discipline anybody who makes a genuine complaint about bullying, harassment, or racism. We will respect and maintain your confidentiality.
How do I make a complaint about bullying, harassment, or racism?
You can choose to pursue your complaint via either an informal or formal process.
- Informal Process
Try to resolve the issue directly if you feel able. Speak to the person about how their behaviour is affecting you, giving specific examples. Many people are unaware of the impact of their behaviour and will stop when it is pointed out.
If you would prefer not to speak to them directly, contact Oliver Laurenson-Gore or your line manager/scout lead.
- Formal Process
If the informal route is not appropriate, or the behaviour continues, you should put your complaint in writing and send it to Oliver Laurenson-Gore.
Include:
- What happened
- When and where it happened
- Who was involved
- Any witnesses
- Any action you have already taken
Once received, we will:
- Acknowledge your complaint in writing
- Arrange a meeting with you (you have the right to be accompanied)
- Investigate fairly, speaking to relevant parties and witnesses
- Make a decision and communicate it to you, including any actions to be taken
- Offer you the right to appeal if you are unhappy with the outcome
What to do if you witness bullying, harassment, or racism?
We all share responsibility for maintaining a safe and respectful environment. If you witness unacceptable behaviour, please speak up. You can raise your concerns informally or formally. We will support you and will not victimise you for raising a genuine concern.
