Policy We conduct business ethically and comply with the Bribery Act 2010. Bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, or improper influence are prohibited.
Scope Applies to all employees, freelancers, agents, and third parties acting for/on behalf of the company (e.g., in location deals, traffic permits, client negotiations).
Key Rules
- No offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes.
- Gifts/hospitality only modest, transparent, and recorded if over £[e.g., 50].
- Report suspicions immediately to Director.
- Training provided on red flags (e.g., unusual payment requests).
Consequences Breaches lead to disciplinary action, up to dismissal/termination, and potential criminal prosecution.
