We are delighted to have signed up to the Disabilty Confident Scheme, Level 1 and have the ambition of taking this to the next level. Our Founder Oliver has dyslexia since he was a child and works daily with other Film & TV production crew who are neurodivergent.
As a Disability Confident Committed Employer we have committed to:

- Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job
- Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required
